David C. Ricci has dedicated his practice to the protection of consumer rights. He represents clients in cases involving auto dealership fraud, Lemon Law violations, fitness center fraud, wrongful auto repossession, home improvement/contractor fraud, abusive debt collection, credit report violations, warranty fraud and many other consumer areas.

Mr. Ricci is also a volunteer attorney in the Consumer Unit at Central Jersey Legal Services in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Mr. Ricci obtained a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Newark. While at Rutgers School of Law, he interned with the Securities Fraud Prosecution Section of the Office of the Attorney General for New Jersey, as well as the Consumer Unit and the Landlord/Tenant Unit of Central Jersey Legal Services, Inc. He also worked at the Community Law Clinic of Rutgers Law School.

Mr. Ricci obtained a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s prestigious McIntire School of Commerce.

Mr. Ricci is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the Federal District Court of New Jersey.

He is a member of the Consumer Protection Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and also the National Association of Consumer Advocates, an organization dedicated to lobbying and protecting the rights of consumers pertaining to deceptive business practices.
